KUBE Products, Guarantee & Returns

Once you place an order with Kube Sound Isolation Ltd ("KUBE" or "we" or "us" or "our") or through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions regarding our products, guarantees, and returns. The term 'KUBE' refers to the owners of this company and website whose address is given at the bottom of this page.

1. Orders and Payments

1.1 A deposit payment of 50% of the total order value is required to confirm your order and is due prior to the manufacturing process. 1.2 The final 50% payment is required prior to shipping, delivery, or delivery and installation. 1.3 All orders are subject to these terms of use. 1.4 All orders are final and non-cancellable once manufacturing has commenced.

2. Product Specifications

2.1 KUBE vocal booths and sound isolation enclosures are designed to significantly reduce sound levels. However, they are not 100% soundproof. Please refer to our "Technical Page" for sound reduction figures.

2.2 All products are bespoke and made to the customer's specific order. As such, minor variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur.

3. Warranty and Guarantee

3.1 We make every attempt to ensure that all our customers are 100% confident in their purchase before placing their order. Each KUBE vocal booth or sound isolation enclosure is a custom made product manufactured to order. Should any situation occur any returns are made solely at the discretion of KUBE.

KUBE will repair or replace, at its facility, any part that may prove defective in materials or workmanship for five years from the date of purchase. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3.2 This five-year guarantee does not cover damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, vandalism, misuse, abuse, alteration, or lack of reasonable care. Any alterations to our products void the guarantee. The guarantee does not cover damage from outdoor use. Our products are designed for indoor use only.

3.3 The guarantee extends to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

4. Returns Policy

4.1 Each KUBE vocal booth or sound isolation enclosure is a custom-made product manufactured to order. Returns are at the sole discretion of KUBE, in accordance with UK regulations for bespoke products.

4.2 Any cancelled orders after the initial deposit has been paid and the manufacturing process has begun will result in the customer forfeiting the deposit or up to 50% of the total order value. If a return is accepted, the customer must pay all shipping charges and a 50% restocking fee. The product must be returned in "like new" condition. The customer is liable for any damage to returned products.

5. Modifications

5.1 KUBE reserves the right to make any manufacturing and design modifications without prior notification.

6. Delivery Options

6.1 Pallet delivery, provided with instructions for self-assembly. This will be delivered on a wooden pallet, we advise that two people are available to take delivery of the pallet and to lift the panels into your property. We will confirm your delivery date once your booth is complete and ready for dispatch. Kube will always request that the pallet is dropped as close to your property as possible and for the driver to give you at least one hour’s notice of arrival. Please note, Kube cannot be held liable for any missed or late deliveries nor can we offer any compensation for loss of time or earnings. If a delivery is missed, there will be a charge for redelivery.

6.2 Delivery only provided with instructions for self-assembly. This option is delivered by one of our dedicated Kube delivery drivers. The driver will help you unload the panels to a ground floor location in your property. Two people are required to unload the panels, please ensure that at least one other abled person is available to take delivery. All deliveries are pre organised with you and the driver will give you at least 1 hours notice of delivery and keep you updated of any traffic delays.

6.3 Full delivery and installation service. This service includes one of our dedicated delivery teams personally delivering your booth and installing it in a location of your choosing. Your delivery date will be confirmed once your booth is complete and ready for dispatch. The team will call you on the day, with at least one hour’s notice of arrival. The team will require a parking space for at least 2-3 hours near to the property. If parking is not available we must be notified. Important Note – Please ensure you have measured your space correctly. To assemble the booth, we must be able to access the room in which you would like the booth installing. We will need a space at least 20cm larger than the booth – roughly 10cm each side minimum. If the booth cannot be installed due to lack of space or poor access, all installation and delivery charges remain payable and the booth will be left uninstalled in your preferred location.
